Do we need Power BI licences before we start?
No. We will advise which licences you need, if any, based on how many people will build and view reports. Many organisations already have Power BI through Microsoft 365 without realising it.
Our data is messy. Is that a problem?
That is the normal starting point. Cleaning and shaping data is a core part of every engagement, and we tell you early about any gaps that affect what the reports can show.
How long does it take to get a first report?
A single dashboard from existing data usually takes two to three weeks. A full implementation with a shared data model typically takes four to six weeks.
Is our data kept secure?
We work inside your Microsoft tenant wherever possible, so your data stays in your environment. We follow your access policies and can sign a data processing agreement before work begins.
Can you work with our IT team?
Yes. We regularly work alongside internal IT and finance teams, and we document everything so your staff can maintain the solution.
What happens after the project ends?
You own the reports and model outright. If you want ongoing help, our Insight Partner retainer covers changes, new reports and monitoring.
